How can I place an order?
You can order directly through our webshop at soma-23.com.
Choose your fragrance, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout steps.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using the options shown at checkout, such as:

  • Major credit and debit cards

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Local online payment methods like iDEAL, Klarna or similar

All payments are processed securely via our payment partners.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at Admin@soma-23.com with your order number.
If your order has not been packed or shipped yet, we will try to change or cancel it.
If it has already shipped, you can use our return process (see “Returns & Refunds”).

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the countries shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, feel free to email us.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your country and the carrier, but in general:

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.

  • Shipping time then depends on the carrier and destination.

At checkout and in your confirmation email, you’ll see the best available estimate.

How much are shipping costs?
Shipping costs are shown during checkout before you confirm your order.
They depend on your location and the size of your order.

How do you ship orders?
Our orders are fulfilled by RTM Fulfilment and shipped with professional carriers (for example DHL, Bpost, DPD or similar), depending on the destination.

Will I receive a tracking link?
Yes. When your order is shipped, you usually receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer returns?
Yes. If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order.

How long do I have to return my order?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it, and then another 14 days to send it back.

How do I start a return?
Email us at Admin@soma-23.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

We’ll send you the return instructions and address.

Who pays for return shipping?
Normally, you pay the return shipping costs, unless we clearly made a mistake (for example, wrong or damaged item).

Can I return opened perfume?
This is important:

  • You can only return sealed / unopened bottles of perfume.

  • Once the seal, wrapping or hygiene protection is broken, the product may no longer be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

So if you’re not sure, please do not fully open or spray the bottle until you decide to keep it.

When will I get my refund?
After we receive your return (or you show us proof of shipment), we normally process your refund within 14 days.
We refund using the same payment method you used for your order.

What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us as soon as possible at Admin@soma-23.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and the packaging

We’ll review it and offer a solution, such as a replacement or refund, in line with your legal rights.

Products & Ingredients

Are your perfumes authentic Soma 23 products?
Yes. All products sold on soma-23.com are original Soma 23 fragrances, produced and quality-checked for our brand.

I have allergies / sensitive skin – what should I do?
Always check the ingredients list on the packaging before use.
If you have known allergies or very sensitive skin, test the perfume on a small area first.
If irritation occurs, stop using it and consult a doctor if needed. we aim to use the safest ingredients for your skin and hormone health, but common allergens may still be present so if you do suffer from an allergy please be cautious and check.

Accounts & Privacy

Do I need an account to order?
No. You can order as a guest.
You can also create an account to see your order history and save your address details for faster checkout.

How do you handle my personal data?
We only use your data to:

  • Process and deliver your order

  • Handle customer service

  • Send you emails you subscribed to

  • Improve our website and marketing (with your consent for cookies)

Do you use cookies?
Yes. We use cookies to:
